Wellness Manager

Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness department.
• Maintain vendor relationships and place orders.
• Train and support wellness clerks.
• Ensure merchandising and cleanliness standards are met.
• Stay informed on wellness trends and educate customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail leadership experience, wellness background preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and merchandising skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to lead a team and lift up to 40 lbs.

Performance Expectations

• Customer Service: No incidents of three stars or less in customer reviews.
• Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Merchandising: Help the department achieve 95% or better in merchandising audits.
• Profit: Help the store meet or beat profit budget.

Certification:

• Certified Clinical Nutritionist or
• Certified Herbalist or
• Certified Homeopathic Practitioner
• Life experience.... Extensive supplement knowledge
