Responsibilities as a Wellness Coach

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs that address employee health and well-being in our BPO setting.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback and metrics.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and events to educate employees on physical health, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and management to integrate wellness activities aimed at enhancing the work-life balance for all employees.
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to assist employees in setting and achieving personal wellness goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in wellness programs to ensure our initiatives are current and effective.
• Prepare and present reports on wellness program participation and outcomes to senior management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in wellness coaching, health promotion, or a related field within a corporate or BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of wellness strategies, mental health support, and fitness guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Certification in wellness coaching, health education, or a related certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented culture.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and wellness management systems.
