Description

As a Healthcare Client Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships within the healthcare sector. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, managing service delivery, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will work remotely and effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs and expectations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to assess needs and gather feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services and enhancing client value.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery in the CRM system.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client management software.
  • Willing to work remotely.
  • Willing to work US Hours from Mondays to Fridays
