Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) provides service to approximately 6,100 students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 in 34 schools and is one of the largest employers in the Grande Prairie/Spirit River region.
The Peace Wapiti Public School Division is seeking a Temporary Full Time (Summer Student) Mental Health Capacity Building Wellness Coach to provide mental health promotion and prevention to youth and families. Working as part of a team, this position develops and delivers developmentally appropriate, evidence-based programming that focuses on increasing knowledge, building skills and fostering abilities that enable others to better their own mental health and wellness.
This position works 35 hours/week and is for the time period of May 18, 2026 to August 21, 2026. It will include delivering programs in communities throughout the Division.

The wage for this position is $24.31 per hour. Employees will also receive 6% vacation pay in lieu of paid vacation time.
