Job Title: Telehealth Consultant (Sales)
Location: Remote, accepting applicants from South Africa
Job Type: Full-time, remote, off shore.

About Us:
Our client is a leading provider in the dental industry, specializing in dentures, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telehealth Consultant (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have telesales or medical sales experience, a keen understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage leads effectively in our CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management:
    • Manage and nurture leads within our CRM system.
    • Reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for exams and treatments.
    • Advise prospective patients on the right treatment options based on their inquiries and concerns.
  • Consultative Sales:
    • Engage with potential patients to understand the reason for their call and the impact these issues may have on their lives.
    • Ask insightful questions to determine the best possible treatment solutions, providing valuable advice and guiding patients towards the appropriate dental treatments.
  • Call Handling & Scheduling:
    • Handle both incoming calls and outgoing calls to patients and leads.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments for exams, treatments, and follow-up consultations.
    • Manage day-to-day scheduling of calls, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Payment Processing & Follow-ups:
    • Take payments for services as needed and ensure smooth transaction processes.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to check on the status of proposed treatments and patient satisfaction.
    • Ensure that all follow-ups are tracked and documented appropriately.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the virtual call agent team and other departments to provide seamless patient experiences.
    • Report daily/weekly progress and updates to the management team.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Previous telesales experience in the medical or dental field (preferred).
    • Strong background in sales, preferably in a consultative or medical sales environment.
    • Experience with CRM software and managing leads is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills with minimal accent and strong command of English.
    • Ability to ask the right questions to identify patient needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills for scheduling and follow-ups.
    • Confidence in handling calls and managing patient expectations.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 rotating weekend day.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment.
    • Must be comfortable handling sensitive patient information and payment details.
What We Offer:
  • Compensation: Flat base salary.
  • Working Environment: Work from home with a collaborative virtual team.
  • Schedule: 4 week days (either 10am-6pm UK or 12pm - 8pm UK, your choice!) and one Saturday or Sunday per week (10am-6pm UK). 5 days totaling 40 hours per week.
