Your Job:
As our new Student Worker in Commercial Excellence, you will play a vital role in enhancing our commercial capabilities through the intelligent and effective use of data. You will join our newly established Nordic Commercial Excellence team, which currently includes three full-time colleagues based in either Copenhagen or Stockholm. Our team members have several years of experience within the company and possess a wealth of knowledge across various fields. We are eager to share our expertise with you and are equally excited to welcome a part-time student worker who can offer fresh perspectives. This position is based at our office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report to the Nordic Commercial Excellence Manager for Nestlé Health Science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to support business insights and performance tracking.
• Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation and testing of AI-driven tools and automation solutions across the organization.
• Assist the Master Data Manager with data-oriented tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Nordic teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks that support strategic initiatives.
• Engage in additional tasks as needed.

We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 178 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink! In addition to this, we offer:

We Are Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you have a strong analytical mindset and a deep curiosity for exploring, data, and technology. In addition to this, you:

• Ideally, have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar).
• Are fluent in both English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
• Have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data to uncover valuable insights.
• Show curiosity about AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their applications in business.
• Have experience with Excel and Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Are structured, self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Are open to shaping your own role as we learn together and embrace continuous growth within Commercial Excellence.
