Overview
The Senior Medical Sales Representative - Area Sales Manager for Pain Management Products is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and driving sales of pain management pharmaceutical products within a specified area. This position plays a key part in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expanding market share. The individual will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for pain management products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand product reach and market share
- Provide product education and training to healthcare providers and staff
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote pain management products
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in pain management products
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
