Analytics Automation & Agent Support

  • Explore and support the use of agentic and automation tools to accelerate analytics delivery and presentation readiness

  • Partner with analytics leadership to identify opportunities where validated data outputs can be transformed into polished, branded client deliverables

  • Document opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency as the function scales

  • Clinical / Informatics: Experience with clinical data, informatics, population health, or clinical decision support (CDS), with the ability to translate clinically driven data quality insights into clear, client-ready explanations and recommendations

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools

  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis, validation, or exploratory analytics

  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights for nontechnical, client-facing audiences

  • Experience supporting sales enablement, customer reporting, or ROI/adoption analytics

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation

  • Experience designing or supporting agentic or semiautomated analytics workflows (e.g., prompt-based analysis, report generation, insight packaging, or presentation automation)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience improving or operating within intake and request management processes (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems)
