• POSITION SUMMARY
  • The Social Worker Supervisor manages a team of social workers in order to provide culturally competent supportive services to patients at Unity Wellness Center. The Social Worker Supervisor will provide effective medical case management services. 
• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Education
    • Master’s degree in Social Work 
  • 
    Minimum Experience
    • Three to five years’ experience as an MSW working with clients to access services and resources.
  • 
    Required Registration/License/Certification
    • Must have valid license with ASWBE
    • LMSW required
  • 
    Preferred Education
    • N/A
  • 
    Preferred Experience
    • Minimum experience requirements with two years’ supervising social work staff
  • 
    Preferred Registration/License/Certification
    • Valid license with ASWBE
    • LICSW preferred
