We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Business Process Improvements/Best Practice Manager to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Leads and controls complex analyses and implementation of highly complex, full-scale projects or a portfolio of projects. 
  • Designs full-scale improvement plans that often require collaboration with other functions.
  • Follows all governance standards and provides clear direction and leadership to the Officer team. 
  • May enlist the work of more junior managers on larger projects. Ensures teams use of business process improvement standards and explain nuances in methodology. 
  • Applies exceptional analytical and communication skills, leads under pressure, innovatively solves problems, and can effectively attain buy-in from clients to drive implementation recommendations forward. 
  • Approves team workload and resource proposals from more junior managers. 
  • Manages large-scale implementation plans and resources across geographical areas. 
  • Uses experience analyzing and working with large, highly complex data sets to guide the team’s generation of actionable recommendations based. 
  • Approves implementation plans and resource allocation plans that cover broad geographical areas. 
  • Serves as an escalation point and handles escalated issues from the team, other departments, and the clients. 
  • Handles escalation of issues that will significantly impact business improvement implementation.
  • Consistently delivers quality business solutions, anticipates, and manages difficult client expectations. 
  • Can see ahead to future possibilities and translate these into actionable proposals/business plans. 
  • Effectively builds relationships with internal teams and clients. 
  • Are an effective leader and structures own projects and decisions to positively affect other parts of the business.
  • Supports and encourages staff through development planning, performance planning, objective setting, and performance review. 
  • Coaches and develops more junior managers. 
  • Manage team’s successful implementation of large, complex business process improvements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred with at least 1-3 years in management preferred. 
  • Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred.
