Oracle Clinical AI Assistant (CAA) enables providers to demonstrate the power of 
generative AI together with voice commands to reduce manual documentation and 
clinical tasks, so they can focus more attention on patient care.

across the world. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a vision 
and experience in healthcare for improving providers’ productivity and developing 
AI products that contribute to reducing their burnout. This PM, with deep 
experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) will drive the features and 
capabilities of products.

Lead the vision, design, and execution of provider-facing products 
by identifying inefficiencies in healthcare coding and optimizing them with AI. 
Drive AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, enhance outcomes, and reduce 
cognitive load for clinicians, ProFee coders, and HIM coders. Collaborate closely 
with engineering, AI, and clinical teams to validate use cases, develop PRDs, and 
track project success. This role demands daily engagement with senior 
engineering and AI leaders, as well as clinicians, to ensure strategic alignment 
and maximum impact.



Responsibilities

To be considered for a Healthcare Coding AI Product  Manager position, below must be met.

  • Inbound Product Management: 5+ years of experience in inbound product 
    management.
    §Product Leadership: 5+ years of leading product vision, strategy, and execution 
    to align with business goals.
  • Industry-Specific Expertise: 5+ years in product management focused on 
    autonomous coding, HIM coding, or mid-revenue cycle products.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Strong familiarity with healthcare terminology and 
    ontology.
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Identify key trends and pain points in healthcare 
    coding, from documentation to billing. Drive AI innovation to deliver value, 
    defining key value propositions, ROI, and business cases.
  • Customer & Market Insights: Leverage deep customer insights to 
    differentiate the product and assess strategic and economic impact.
  • Product Roadmap: Plan and define the roadmap based on customer research, 
    usability studies, and market analysis.
  • Alignment & Communication: Develop clear engineering requirements, track 
    development, and validate features with customers.
  • Execution Management: Collaborate with engineering to prioritize the 
    backlog, define feature stories, and manage sprint execution.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
