Job Description

Seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Process Improvement Professional to drive operational excellence. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, using data and BI principles to analyze problems, derive actionable insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement measurable, data-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and analyze business processes across departments to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Expertly map "as-is" processes and design optimized "to-be" processes that eliminate waste and align with strategic goals to make it more efficient.
  • Critically challenge existing process assumptions and business requests, guiding stakeholders toward data-backed, optimal solutions.
  • Ensure all improvement initiatives are data-driven and tied directly to measurable business outcomes (KPIs).
  • Champion data quality and integrity by collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish reliable metrics for process monitoring.
  • Translate process inefficiencies into clear requirements, defining what data is needed to measure process success.
  • Define, track, and report on the KPIs impacted by process changes, providing clear summaries of project success and ROI.
  • Work largely independently, owning projects from ideation through implementation, while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Apply strong business acumen to ensure all process solutions are relevant and impactful to the company's goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of +5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • A minimum of +2 years of experience working with a team.
  • Proven ability to perform deep-dive analytical thinking and critical thinking to diagnose business issues and design robust, scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process mapping 
  • Solid data handling skills (collecting, querying, transforming, and analyzing data) with proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheet and SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytical field or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

Desired Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Certification in a process improvement methodology (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Familiarity with Data Science or Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience working on projects that bridge the gap between business operations and IT/Data teams.
