As a global technology leader, we’re seeking a high-performing Applications Account Executive to join our Saudi Arabian Sales team and lead strategic engagements with public sector healthcare entities. Join us and help create the future of healthcare.
ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do
- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for Oracle Cloud solutions across assigned public healthcare accounts (e.g., MOH, HHC healthcare clusters, government hospitals).
- Build and execute a comprehensive account strategy to grow Oracle’s footprint across ERP, HCM, SCM, and Health-specific Cloud solutions.
- Develop long-term trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level executives, CIOs, and line-of-business leaders.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the healthcare sector to articulate Oracle’s value proposition tailored to clinical and operational challenges.
- Present Oracle’s healthcare transformation vision and solutions aligned with KSA Vision 2030 and Healthcare Sector strategic initiatives.
- Navigate public procurement cycles, framework agreements, and tendering processes relevant to government and semi-government institutions.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle’s public sector policies, legal requirements, and local regulations.
- Engage with Oracle partners, GSI, and local SIs to co-sell and co-deliver strategic transformation programs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in Oracle’s CRM tools and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined deal execution and pipeline velocity.
- Work closely with pre-sales, consulting, legal, finance, and customer success teams to deliver value throughout the customer journey.
- Act as the customer’s advocate within Oracle to ensure alignment with their transformation objectives.
Required Experience
- Deep healthcare Industry Knowledge and Oracle SaaS Product Mastery.
- Bachelor’s degree and Healthcare or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Preference is Saudi National.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Travel up to 40%
