We are seeking a high-performing Applications Account Executive to join our Saudi Sales team and lead strategic engagements with private healthcare providers and pharmaceutical organizations across the Western and Eastern Regions. Join us and help create the future of healthcare.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Oracle Cloud solutions across assigned commercial healthcare accounts (e.g., private hospitals, healthcare groups, specialty clinics, and pharmaceutical firms).
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Oracle’s footprint across ERP, HCM, SCM, and Health-specific Cloud applications.
Establish and grow long-term trusted relationships with key decision-makers including CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CMOs, and departmental leaders.
Position Oracle as a strategic digital partner through tailored value propositions that address clinical, operational, and financial pain points.
Present Oracle’s healthcare innovation strategy aligned with private sector goals such as patient experience, digital maturity, supply chain optimization, and workforce agility.
Navigate complex procurement and decision-making structures within multi-entity commercial healthcare organizations.
Ensure compliance with Oracle’s commercial governance and ethical selling standards.
Collaborate with Oracle partners and systems integrators to co-sell and deliver tailored transformation programs.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting within Oracle’s CRM tools.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined opportunity execution.
Partner with cross-functional Oracle teams, including pre-sales, consulting, legal, finance, and customer success, to deliver a unified customer experience.
Serve as a customer advocate internally to ensure solution alignment with business priorities and transformation goals.
Strong understanding of the commercial healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia, including private hospital networks, diagnostic centers, and pharma players.
Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, and healthcare-specific offerings).
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
8+ years of experience in solution sales or business development, preferably in healthcare technology.
Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English.
Preference for Saudi Nationals.
Willingness to travel up to 40% across the Western and Eastern Regions.
