[What the role is]
This is an 11-month contract position as a Senior Executive in the School of Health Sciences.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead the design, development, and review of Continuing Education & Training (CET) programmes such as micro-learning, short courses, workshops, learning festival, consultancy projects.
Co-develop course content with subject matter experts, government agencies such as SSG, and industry partners.
Manage curriculum mapping, learning outcomes, projects and comply to the Polytechnicβs assessment frameworks and accreditation requirements.
Support wellness consultancy projects and co-branding initiatives.
Prepare reports and documentation for programmesβ review and evaluation of effectiveness.
[What we are looking for]
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Mental Health, Social Sciences, Education, Public Health, Curriculum Design, Instructional design, or related fields.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working with government agencies such as SSG and industry partners to facilitate curriculum development, instructional design or adult learning.
Experience in workplace health, wellness, well-being, or the human resource sector is highly desirable.
Strong writing, facilitation, communication skills and project management skills.
