We're searching for a dynamic, self-driven individual to lead the charge in Structural Heart Registries & Performance Improvement at the forefront of healthcare advancement. 👩⚕️ What You'll Do:
- Spearhead evidence-based registry management and data analysis.
- Elevate outcomes through performance improvement strategies aligned with national benchmarks.
- Work independently with a flexible and proactive approach to making a difference in patient care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge of cardiology and cardiovascular procedures.
- Expertise in data management systems, clinical data analysis, and process improvement.
- 5+ years in Acute Care Cardiovascular clinical experience, data management, and process optimization.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing.
- Florida RN license (or approved multistate license) required. Relocating? We’ve got you covered—compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida licensure!
- Valid BLS-AHA Provider card (required within 30 days of start).
