US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.42 to $60.63 per hour; from: $61,200 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with Applied Science, Engineering, and Product Management to play a key role in shaping the future of AI products at Oracle Health, with an emphasis on analyzing clinical standards to enhance the Semantic Knowledge Graph.
Responsibilities
- Label Clinical Vocabularies and LLM output to improve our ability to automate content generation in the Semantic Knowledge Graph
- Review LLM generated relationships to ensure validity and data quality
- Work with science teams to create clinically accurate LLM prompts to efficiently scale the knowledge graph
- Curate and work with science build models to curate value sets to enable agent decision making and logic
- Create mappings and work with science to build models to map between Millennium proprietary codes and standard codes, supporting interoperability and agent understanding of clinical data
Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 5+ years of experience working with clinical vocabularies
- Passion for using AI to solve health software user pain points
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters of Science in Clinical Informatics (or similar)
- Knowledge of Healthcare coding systems (SnomedCT, RxNorm, LOINC, ICD 9/10/11) and Health care compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA) including certifications with those terminologies
- Background in a clinical role (RN, pharmacist, etc…)
