This role is vital in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing clinical processes within our partner's organization. You will collaborate with clinical departments to oversee accreditation and quality assurance, managing submissions for regulatory inquiries and maintaining Care Management policies. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will analyze data and streamline operations, impacting both clinical and operational excellence across the organization.
Accountabilities
- Serve as an internal project lead for contractual clinical performance measurement across Care Management.
- Manage and coordinate department activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement.
- Perform internal clinical audits for quality assurance and compliance.
- Recommend and develop corrective action plans; oversee implementation and communication.
- Effectively communicate outcomes and action plans to diverse stakeholders.
- Research regulations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate accreditation and compliance activities with regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- 3 years of experience in case management or managed care with knowledge of compliance.
- 1 year of experience in evaluating and implementing work processes.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop action plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
