Provides professional nursing care to an assigned patient population. Provides nursing leadership for coordination of care given within interdisciplinary team members to facilitate the patient along the continuum.
Required Education: Graduation from an accredited, state approved, school of nursing
Required Licensure: Current MS RN license
Required Experience: 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute hospital setting or Medical/Surgical experience within the last 5 years
