We are seeking a talented individual for Regional Workforce Health Consultant position at Marsh. This role will be based in Philippines.
Regional health and benefits consultants work with a wide range of companies to help them assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees. H&B consultants advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans. A Senior H&B Consultant I makes an impact as a seasoned, professional individual contributor, ready to manage projects, work independently, help teammates thrive and collaborate with stakeholders across the company. Additionally, regional consultants take ownership of key transformational capability initiatives and new solution development, working closely with local market champions to guide their training and implementation.
We will count on you to:
Manages the scope, quality, timeliness and budget of multiple client deliverables and lead teams in researching, analyzing, and evaluating employee benefits plans and programs, including wellbeing and flexible benefits.
Interacts with clients and develops relationships, is involved in developing strategies to meet clientsβ needs, and takes on the role of a trusted advisor.
Provides high level financial, contract and/or administrative analysis.
Delegates, guides and trains local consultants and peer reviews their work. Acts as an advisor to local consultants for problem resolution and guidance on appropriate ways to deal with challenges.
Leads and supports implementation of global initiatives across local markets and region and supports other regional activities, such as claims analytics implementation and tr
Develops and maintains personal and working relationships with key client stakeholders to transition into the role of a trusted advisor and facilitate the sharing of advice and information relevant to the client, developing new and expanded business, and gaining client referrals.
What you need to have:
10+ years of consulting experience with a solid background in project management, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing projects, preferably with industry exposure to healthcare or insurance or employee benefits space. (Preferred clinical background)
Proficient in stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
