An exciting brand -new role for a Regional Clinical Educator – covering Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Essex. <\/div>
As the Clinical Educator, you will contribute to the delivery of high -quality care via education and training, acting as a positive role model to all our teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our care and nursing teams receive comprehensive care and clinical skills training. You will support them through the training and development process to ensure they are competent and confident to provide excellent care to our clients. As part of your role you will also provide support to the operations team with the competency assessments for our employees, within the clinical care packages. <\/div>

About the role <\/div>
• You will deliver core and CPD training programmes to our care and nursing teams, in a range of topics, such as moving and positioning, medication awareness and safeguarding. <\/div>
• You will deliver the Complex Care induction programme, additional CPD sessions, specialist clinical training as well as bespoke client -specific clinical skills training as and when required. <\/div>
• You will be able to assess, plan, design, deliver and evaluate training and learning interventions through impactful, inspiring, engaging and innovative learning methodologies and pedagogy. This can include online/eLearning, face to face, practical – hands on competencies assessments, written tests, presentation etc. <\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
About you <\/div>
• You will be a registered nurse (adult or paediatric) with an active pin. <\/div>
• You will have experience of complex care, such as tracheostomy, enteral feeding, epilepsy and ventilator experience. <\/div>
• You will ideally have experience training carers and nurses and be confident in your delivery of training to a wide range of healthcare professionals. <\/div>
• You will have strong communication skills. <\/div>
• You will ideally hold a recognised qualification in education/training or, be prepared to undertake this <\/div>
• You will have the right to work in the UK and driving licence, as there will be a requirement to drive to different locations to deliver training. <\/div>
