We’re partnering with an international recruitment business led by a highly respected founder to find a driven Recruitment Consultant to support business development and candidate delivery across global markets. Specialising in medical devices, healthcare AI, and niche engineering, this firm operates at the executive level, placing senior professionals into high-impact roles across the US, UAE, and EU.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder in a high-performance, fast-paced recruitment environment. You’ll support outreach and candidate delivery efforts using tools like SourceWhale, RecruitCRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter – with a clear growth path into a 360° consultant role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development by sourcing leads, identifying key contacts, and engaging prospective clients through personalised outreach.
• Conduct market mapping to identify senior talent and target accounts across medical devices, healthcare AI, and engineering sectors.
• Source and engage candidates using recruitment tech platforms and CRM tools.
• Craft tailored messaging sequences to attract both passive and active candidates.
• Maintain up-to-date, high-quality records in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to deliver strong candidate pipelines.
• Deliver senior-level candidates to global clients (not client-facing initially).
• Opportunity to grow into a full-cycle 360 recruitment role based on performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with international recruitment exposure highly preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing, engineering, or similar technical industries.
• Confident handling senior and executive-level roles and understanding high-level briefs.
• Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, and recruitment automation tools (e.g., SourceWhale).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
• Must have access to a laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection.
