Quality Improvement Coordinator Processing – Ingleburn - Full Time

We are looking for a Quality Improvement Coordinator to champion food safety and quality standards at our Ingleburn processing facility. This is a hands-on role where you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our products meet the highest of standards and processes continue to improve.

What you will be doing

• Conducting pre-operational and hygiene checks to ensure compliance with GMP’s
• Performing machine and metal detector pre-start checks, calibrations and data entry
• Carrying out label, weight, box and product quality checks
• Monitoring cold chain integrity through temperature and gas testing
• Leading GMP walk-arounds and pest inspections
• Collaborating with QA and production teams to elevate food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensuring PPE compliance and hygiene practices are followed across the team
• Assisting with CAR closures and OH&S adherence

What you will bring

• Experience in a production or food processing environment
• Solid understanding of OH&S and food safety principles
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and rosters
