Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in higher education, public health, student affairs, counseling, or a related discipline Two to three years of professional experience working in college/university services Evidence of excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated skills in social media management and promotional materials development Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of a diverse student population, including BIPOC and first-generation college students Detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to create and maintain various databases Demonstrated skills and experience in collaboration, the ability to interact well with colleagues, faculty, students, and both internal and external stakeholders Ability to meet with current and prospective students and attend meetings both in-person and virtually Demonstrated strong presentation skills and can effectively and comfortably speak in front of a group Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands at once, as well as manage time to meet long and short term deadlines
