The Process Improvement Specialist role has a strong focus on continual improvement to ensure operational excellence across the Scheme Services business unit. This is achieved through the development and implementation of business process improvements, clear process documentation and informational resources, and day to day monitoring and coaching for procedural adherence, resulting in consistent execution of all processes and the delivery of exceptional service and operational outcomes to our stakeholders.

This is a 6-month contract position and reports to Process Improvement Lead.
