Full transparency: we work a little differently around here.

This isn’t a place where you show up, punch a clock, and coast.
We show up because we want our work to mean something.

Too many people go through the motions at jobs that don’t challenge them, grow them, or give them a sense of purpose. That’s not us.

At Protocase, your ideas matterβ€”because they shape our future. We thrive on collaboration and practical problem-solving. If you want to be part of a team where your work has real impact, where people genuinely care, and where innovation is the normβ€”we should talk.

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Understands that great outcomes start with great processes
  • Can zoom out to see the full systemβ€”and zoom in to fix what’s broken
  • Believes in clear procedures, trained leaders, and accountability
  • Can influence change from both the top down and the bottom up

You’ll work closely with production, engineering, R&D, and leadershipβ€”whoever you need to make improvements stick.

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Build strong, scalable processes
  • Reduce inefficiencies and non-conformances (NCRs)
  • Drive measurable improvements across the organization

If you’re someone who cuts through noise, finds root causes, and builds systems that make it easy to do things rightβ€”you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of process improvement strategies
  • Analyze workflows, production trends, and feedback to identify root causes
  • Build, refine, and document scalable processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement solutions that actually work on the floor
  • Focus on high-impact improvementsβ€”not low-value busywork
  • Maintain and strengthen ISO 9001, AS9100D, and compliance systems
  • Help drive a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement

About You

You are:

  • Practical, driven, and systems-minded
  • Someone who simplifies complexity into repeatable processes
  • Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
  • A clear communicator who leads through influenceβ€”not authority

You’ll Succeed Here If You:

  • Have a degree or diploma in engineering, quality, process improvement, or related field
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality, operations, or similar leadership roles
  • Naturally think in systems and understand how processes connect
  • Have strong analytical skills and know what truly matters
  • Communicate clearly and drive change effectively
  • Have experience with ISO 9001, AS9100D, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred)
  • Are results-driven and comfortable being accountable

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize and reward people who take ownership and drive real impact.

πŸ’° Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000 USD annually (based on experience and qualifications, inclusive of performance incentives)

In addition, we offer:

πŸ† Training & Growth – Leadership development, coaching, and advancement opportunities
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ Health Benefits – Medical, dental, and life insurance (company-supported)
πŸ’Ό Retirement Plan – Employer contributions after eligibility period
πŸ–οΈ Paid Time Off – 2 weeks to start, increasing with tenure
πŸŽ‰ Team Culture – Regular events, lunches, and team-building activities
