The Process Improvement Lead supports the execution of operational improvement programs across Bostaβs network. This role focuses on on-ground implementation of SOP changes, training delivery, pilot execution, compliance validation, and continuous improvement support within hubs and facilities.
The Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that designed improvements are successfully adopted on the ground and embedded into daily operational routines.
Key Responsibilities
Execute pilots, process rollouts, and SOP implementations across hubs and facilities.
Provide on-site support during major process changes, new launches, or performance recovery initiatives.
Train supervisors and frontline teams on new workflows, systems, and standards.
Monitor adherence to SOPs and escalate operational risks or adoption gaps to the Lead.
Conduct time studies, operational observations, and data collection to support diagnostics and solution design.
Support automation rollouts by validating operational usability and training frontline users.
Partner with the Quality team to reinforce compliance audits, process certifications, and continuous coaching.
Collect feedback from field teams and contribute to process refinement and documentation updates.
Assist in the preparation of operational reports, SOP materials, training guides, and rollout playbooks.
Participate in improvement workshops and Kaizen events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
2β3 years of experience in logistics operations, hub management, continuous improvement, or operations coordination roles.
Strong on-ground operational exposure with the ability to work inside facilities and field environments.
Solid problem-solving skills and willingness to engage directly with frontline teams to drive change.
Good data handling and reporting capabilities (Excel, basic BI tools).
Strong communication skills and ability to train operational teams clearly and effectively.
Agile mindset with openness to mobility across sites and cities as required.
High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort operating in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
