The Mission<\/span><\/b> We are identifying an elite nurse for a <\/span>1:1 medical care role attending an 80 -year -old VIP<\/span><\/b> aboard a world -class superyacht. This position requires a professional who can maintain clinical vigilance while navigating the high -end social environment of a private vessel. Your itinerary will include the Mediterranean’s most iconic destinations, from <\/span>Monaco<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>St. Tropez<\/span><\/b> to the <\/span>Amalfi Coast<\/span><\/b> and the <\/span>Greek Islands<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

The Team<\/span><\/b> You will join a highly organized, <\/span>Western -trained medical department<\/span><\/b>. Governance is provided by a <\/span>Lead British Doctor<\/span><\/b>, working alongside resident Physiotherapists. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that the principal receives holistic, hospital -grade care at sea.<\/span>

The Safety<\/span><\/b> To ensure peak clinical performance and prevent fatigue, we utilize a strict <\/span>double -nurse shift system<\/span><\/b>. This structure guarantees that you are always supported during your shift and have dedicated time off to recharge and explore the ports of call.<\/span>

The Process<\/span><\/b> Geography is no barrier to the right candidate. The entire initial interview and vetting phase is conducted via a <\/span>secure online platform<\/span><\/b>, allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Finland before traveling to join the yacht.<\/span>

  • Experience:<\/span><\/b> A minimum of <\/span>4+ years<\/span><\/b> in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is mandatory.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Language:<\/span><\/b> Native or C1 (Advanced) English is essential for accurate medical reporting and team coordination.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Profile:<\/span><\/b> A discreet, polished professional with the autonomy to manage complex care in a mobile setting.<\/span>
