The Mission<\/span><\/b> We are recruiting a distinguished clinical professional for a <\/span>1:1 medical assignment<\/span><\/b> aboard a private superyacht. You will serve as the primary health advocate for an <\/span>80 -year -old VIP principal<\/span><\/b>. This role transitions you from the ward to the open sea, requiring you to deliver hospital -grade care while the vessel cruises the most exclusive routes of the Mediterranean, including <\/span>the Greek Islands (Mykonos/Corfu), the Croatian Coast, and Venice<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

The Team<\/span><\/b> You will not work in isolation. You will join a fully integrated, Western -trained medical department comprising:<\/span>

  • A <\/span>Lead British Doctor<\/span><\/b> who provides 24/7 clinical governance.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Dedicated <\/span>Physiotherapists<\/span><\/b> focused on the principal’s rehabilitation and mobility.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • A collaborative unit of experienced acute -care nurses.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

This ensures you are never solely responsible for the patient, allowing for consistent rest and the opportunity to enjoy the yacht’s luxury amenities and destinations.<\/span>

    • Education:<\/span><\/b> A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.<\/span>

    • Experience:<\/span><\/b> Candidates must have 4+ years of post -graduate experience in <\/span>Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E)<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Language:<\/span><\/b> Native or C1 English proficiency is required.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Attributes:<\/span><\/b> A sophisticated bedside manner, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.<\/span>
