As a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist in NICU at Cleveland Clinic, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our neonatal intensive care team within a collaborative, family-oriented hospital environment. In this decentralized position, you’ll round with the care team to review charts, provide expert drug information, assist with new admissions and partner closely with physicians to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for our most vulnerable patients. You’ll also respond to code and rapid events while staying current with emerging clinical literature. Caregivers in this role value the strong sense of teamwork, trust and shared commitment to exceptional patient care that defines this pharmacy team.
A caregiver in this role will work 8:30am-5pm. Weekend every 9th week end 7:00am to 3:30pm. No float or holiday expectations. On call requirements occur every other Monday through Sunday.
