For a Leading Healthcare Services Provider
One of our healthcare clients is looking to hire an experienced Assistant Payroll Manager to support their growing operations. This role is key in ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and full compliance with government requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing end-to-end payroll processing for all employees
Ensure proper timekeeping, government deductions, and tax compliance
Coordinate with the clientβs HR and Finance teams for accurate employee data
Support payroll-related audits, reports, and reconciliations
Respond to employee payroll concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist in improving payroll systems and streamlining processes
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of payroll experience, ideally with some supervisory exposure
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory contributions
Proficient in payroll systems and Excel
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
Willing to work onsite
