Job Description:

Patient Navigator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: Washington Heights, NY 

Hours: 5/8.5 Hour Shifts; Monday-Friday (Between 8-5)

Organization: New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS)

In This Role, You Will:

  • Direct patients to the appropriate waiting areas or treatment rooms.

  • Answer questions regarding office policies, procedures, and general inquiries.

  • Support front desk staff with phone calls, appointment reminders, and filing tasks.

  • Assist with patient records and data entry when necessary.

We Require:

  • High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience.

  • Bilingual, English/Spanish required

  •  Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

What We Offer:

  •  Starting :  $22/hr based on experience and education
