Qualifications and requirements
Patient Navigator assumes responsibility for the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office which includes telephone and patient reception, scheduling of patients, collecting patient demographic and insurance information, maintaining non-clinical supplies and receiving/documenting patient payments to assist business partners to facilitate scheduling appointments for specialty care.
