We are currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Navigator to join our clinical team. This unique role blends medical assisting with patient coordination, ensuring each patient receives exceptional care. You will work closely with providers to coordinate care, procedural guidelines and managing communication. You will also Collaborate with patients to understand and address their care needs, fostering strong relationships.

We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of clinical experience, and a strong background in administrative support. Knowledge ofo the referral process is highly preferred. A commitment to patient-centered care, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this role. Must be able to split time between different offices
