Shift\: Days - Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM

The role you’ll contribute: 

The Patient Navigator would work under the direction of the Manager, Director and Administrator to facilitate and coordinate patient care between our Hospitals and Physician Offices. The Patient Navigators must work seamlessly with\: patients, healthcare teams and resource providers in both the Hospital and Physician Office. Responsible for assisting with front office operations including but not limited to billing, invoicing, scheduling, patient check in and check out, tracking of procedures, reporting and insurance verification.

· Demonstrates good communication skills respectfully and courteous when interacting with patients, co-workers, physicians, and colleagues within department.
· Round with physicians and Care Management Coordinators to assist with coordination of care and follow up scheduling.
· Performs front office responsibilities as assigned.
· Accepts flexibility of schedule to meet program needs.
· Maintains efficiency in patient work-up flow and triage responsibilities.
