Snapscale is hiring Healthcare Virtual Assistants to support established U.S. medical practices.

This is a professional, long-term onsite role focused on patient care and operational excellence. Immediate positions are available for qualified candidatesβ€”don’t miss this opportunity for stable employment.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound patient calls for doctors’ offices
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
  • Navigate EMR systems
  • Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
  • Support prescription refill workflows

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, or hospital
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (medical billing knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish
