For a Reputable Hospital Group

We are assisting one of our healthcare clients in hiring an experienced Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a hospital facility. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, efficient, and patient-centered services while aligning operational functions with the hospital’s overall strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital-wide operations, including facilities, support services, procurement, and general administration

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and internal quality standards

• Work closely with medical, nursing, and administrative leadership to optimize patient flow and service delivery

• Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of care and service

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes and hospital systems

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and outsourced services

• Supervise and mentor department heads and non-clinical staff

• Support business planning, budgeting, and operational reporting

Qualifications:

• At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations, with a strong background in healthcare or hospital management

• Proven ability to manage complex functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills

• Familiarity with DOH standards, PhilHealth processes, and hospital accreditation requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across departments

• Open to candidates from other industries with strong operational management experience in regulated, service-driven environments
