This role transports your practice from the sterile corridors of Helsinki to the vibrant, sun -drenched waters of the <\/span>Aegean Sea<\/span><\/b>. You will manage the principal's daily medical regimen while the vessel explores the ancient coastlines of <\/span>Bodrum (Turkey)<\/span><\/b> and the iconic volcanic caldera of <\/span>Santorini (Greece)<\/span><\/b>. Your presence ensures the principal can navigate these historic waters with the same safety and assurance they would have at home.<\/span>

The Team<\/span><\/b> You will integrate into a Tier -1 medical department. The unit is directed by a <\/span>Lead British Doctor<\/span><\/b>, providing you with senior clinical governance and 24/7 support. Your daily operations are supported by onboard <\/span>Physiotherapists<\/span><\/b> and a cohesive team of Western -trained nurses, ensuring a collaborative and highly professional working atmosphere.<\/span>

The Safety<\/span><\/b> To maintain the highest standards of vigilance, we refuse to compromise on rest. The department runs a strict <\/span>double -nurse shift system<\/span><\/b>, ensuring you always have a partner on duty and guaranteed downtime to recharge.   • Education:<\/span><\/b> Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / <\/span>Sairaanhoitaja (AMK)<\/span><\/i>.<\/span>

  • Experience:<\/span><\/b> Minimum 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Language:<\/span><\/b> Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Licensure:<\/span><\/b> Valvira registration (or equivalent Western license).<\/span>
