The community you’ll be caring for\: AdventHealth Hendersonville

 

The role you’ll contribute\: The Consultant is a licensed clinical professional (LMHC, LMFT or LCSW) who is a key member of the healthcare team working with AdventHealth CFD team members and leaders utilizing professional therapeutic skills to address any barriers to mental and emotional health to support the organizations brand promise to Feel Whole. The Consultant works closely with team members to provide support services, psychological first aid, work related coping, bereavement and navigation to resources both within AdventHealth and the community. The Consultant provides coaching and intervention and is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides crisis support. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all

 

The value you’ll bring to the team:

 

  • Evaluates patient data; develops and implements treatment plans.
  • Identifies and intervenes for suspected abuse, including sensitivity to age-specific concerns.
  • Provides education and training to staff and community members on the psycho-social aspects of mental health illnesses.
  • Develops and implements educational programs and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
  • Collaborates with healthcare providers to integrate psycho-social considerations into patient care plans.

The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Master's Required
  • 2+ Years of Work Experience Required
