The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, seeks Call Center Mental Health Coaching Staff to support a Healthcare Call Center.

The mission of the Healthcare Call Center focuses on providing services and support to transitioning military service members and/or veterans who are currently receiving psychological health (i.e., mental health or behavioral health) and/or moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) care.

Work Location

This position is remote, and the Call Center operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours of 8am through 5pm, extending from Eastern Time (ET) through Pacific Time (PT). Your core work hours would be determined by the program manager.


CERTIFICATIONS

  • You may be required to be DoD 8140.03 IA certified. A Security+CE certification would be appropriate.

EDUCATION

  • Must have a master's degree in a mental health-related field.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a licensed mental health professional (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling).
  • Preferred is at least a minimum of three years of experience delivering in-person patient care.
  • Has clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling.
  • Has experience working with military service members and veterans regarding mental health.

  • Must be able to obtain a favorable background check.
