Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Additional certifications in MBA, Project Management, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare content management, scientific communications, or project management
• Experience in digital health platforms, medical communications agencies, or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-quality scientific content tailored for healthcare audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on content strategy, timelines, and deliverables
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of scientific content
• Stay current with industry trends, digital healthcare innovations, and scientific advancements to support content development
• Oversee end-to-end project management of content initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Manage multiple stakeholder inputs while maintaining consistency and scientific rigor

• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage complex, deadline-driven projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and KOLs
