At Himfa, we are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, a Medical Sales Representative to join a dynamic and growing team in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for healthcare and sales to contribute to improving patient outcomes through innovative medical solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales and Promotion:
    Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical equipment to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.



  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.



  • Product Knowledge:
    Develop a deep understanding of the products, including their medical applications and competitive advantages, and communicate this effectively to clients.



  • Sales Targets:
    Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.



  • Reporting:
    Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.



  • Compliance and Ethics:
    Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.



  • Training and Development:
    Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and industry developments.



  • Market Analysis:
    Collect and analyze market intelligence to refine sales strategies and improve performance.


Qualifications:


  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


  • Experience:

    • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales.
    • Proven sales track record and knowledge of healthcare industry regulations.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Passion for sales and commitment to improving patient care.
