We are seeking a high-performing Medical Sales Representative with a biomedical engineering background and a passion for sales to promote and sell advanced biomedical and diagnostic equipment within Lagos and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will apply technical expertise, solution-based selling strategies, and strong client relationship management to grow market share and consistently exceed sales targets.
Identify, engage, and convert leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Deliver persuasive product presentations focused on clinical relevance, features, and ROI.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and payment.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and applications to non-technical stakeholders.
Recommend solutions tailored to diagnostic or clinical requirements.
Oversee equipment delivery, installation, and basic user training.
Provide initial troubleshooting support and coordinate post-sales service when necessary.
Build and maintain relationships with biomedical engineers, doctors, procurement officers, and decision-makers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and support.
Liaise with internal service and logistics teams for seamless product delivery and issue resolution.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends in the biomedical space.
Share field insights and client feedback to help shape product and sales strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipelines, and submit timely reports.
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the medical or technology space
Solid knowledge of biomedical or diagnostic equipment and their clinical applications
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Confidence in conducting technical discussions and live product demonstrations
Self-motivated, with excellent time and territory management
Customer-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach
