Sales Goal Management

• Achieve or exceed annual sales target
• Develop a new accounts & expand the market share in the territories
• Estimate monthly individual sales target & follow it up 

Territory Management

• Plan & execute weekly visiting call and follow up on SFDC
• Update customer file & market information on SFDC
• Aware of products knowledge and detailing messages through cycle meetings
• Execute double visit with National Sales Manager
• Attend sales conference & team training & weekly meeting
• Improve a scientific approaches
• Observe company guidelines & sales promotional under CoC
• Control stock balance, return goods, turnover, even in wholesales 

Market & KOL Management

• Establish GK’s KOLs in the territories
• Manage strategic & selected accounts directly
• Ensure good relationship with KOLs
• Gather & report the market information including competitor’s activities
• Participate relevant scientific events through domestic & overseas congresses
