Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will
- Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
- Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
- Be responsible for the sale and development of the Beacon Medaes’s product and this shall include but not limited to the following areas.
- Achieve sales target within product range in assigned territory.
- Mapping existing hospital installation and competition in assigned territory.
- Pursue sales lead, promote standard, products and conclude order with professionalism.
- Create the awareness of the NFPA standard, Thai medical gas guideline and the good practices for the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Provide products and commercial support to distributors and customers
- Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
- Seek and promote new product launch by the division.
- Feedback and report on all sales related activities and market information.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per Business Line Manager’s instruction
- Reporting to Regional Business Line Manager.

- You have 3 - 5years of experience, working as a Sales Engineer
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Good command of English is essential for effective communication.
- Strong customer focused and deeply determined
- Self-motivated and dynamic person
- Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to travel as necessary
- Effective presentation, business writing, negotiation, socializing, and selling skills

Job location
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Chachoengsao, while being associated with our customer center in Thailand (TH).
