WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

As a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Medical Sales Associate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>, you will:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Account Management: Support the Territory Manager in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach to physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport with healthcare providers and key decision\-makers through regular virtual and in\-person meetings.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Educational Outreach: Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations, lunch\-and\-learn sessions, and follow\-up meetings to educate customers on device benefits.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prescription Volume Growth: Maintain and grow prescription volumes by increasing adoption within current accounts.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Customer Support: Assist with training, product inquiries, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.<\/span>

    Education & Training<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Military career or college degree, preferably in Business Administration.<\/span>
      <\/li> <\/ul>
      Work Experience & Accomplishments<\/b><\/span>
      <\/div>
      • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in medical equipment or related healthcare fields (orthopedic, DME, pain management preferred).
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Proven success in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience working independently in a field\-based role.
        <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

        <\/div>
        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to small groups.
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Highly motivated, results\-driven, and customer\-focused.
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Aptitude for quickly learning and explaining medical technology and terminology.
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Proficient with CRM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, AI, and capable of learning new platforms.
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.<\/span>

          • Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia area and be ableΒ <\/span>to travel extensively within the territory.
