Medical Liaison Officer

Job Summary: 

Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company in Cambodia, is seeking a Medical Liaison Officer to serve as the scientific expert in Oncology, Cardiology, Respiratory, and Gastroenterology. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting cross-functional teams with medical guidance, and driving medical excellence and brand growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as medical and scientific expert for assigned therapy areas, with primary focus on Oncology.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and institutions.
• Train medical representatives and sales managers on product formulation and clinical knowledge.
• Organize conferences, meetings, and workshops to support brand recognition and prescription growth.
• Communicate clinical and real-world evidence in alignment with company strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure medical accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct internal training sessions and support cross-functional teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and therapeutic landscape to inform decisions.

Main Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) is mandatory.
• 3-5 years as a Medical Advisor or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with multinational companies preferred.
• Strong expertise in Oncology (preferred), Cardiology, Respiratory, or Gastroenterology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
