Medical Liaison Officer

Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare

The Medical Liaison Officer will act as the scientific and medical expert, primarily in Oncology, while also supporting Cardiology, Respiratory, and Gastroenterology therapeutic areas. The role focuses on strengthening scientific engagement, supporting medical education, and ensuring ethical, data-driven collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and medical institutions.

• Provide scientific training to MRs and Sales Managers.

• Organize medical meetings and conferences to enhance brand presence.

• Communicate clinical and real-world evidence aligned with company strategy.

• Support cross-functional teams to ensure medical accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor competitors and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• MD or equivalent degree required.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Advisor or similar in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience with multinational companies preferred.

• Strong expertise in Oncology or other key therapeutic areas.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; Khmer is an advantage.
