As a Marketing Communications Manager within the Clinical Informatics Global Marketing team, you are responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our Clinical Informatics solutions. You work in a global, cross-functional environment, partnering closely with business, regional, and functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, compliant, and differentiated marketing communications.
You directly contribute to the growth and success of the Clinical Informatics portfolio by translating business objectives into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and effective marketing communication plans and campaigns.
You are part of a global marketing team and collaborate closely with product management, sales, regional marketing teams, clinical, legal, regulatory stakeholders, and external agencies.
You lead planning, content creation, website optimization, brand consistency, project and agency management, and ensure all marketing activities meet Philips brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
This role offers the opportunity to grow in a global, matrixed organization, strengthen stakeholder leadership and project management skills, and further develop expertise in healthcare technology marketing within an international environment.
You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within healthcare technology, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful campaigns.
You have strong writing, editing, content creation, and project management skills, and are comfortable managing multiple initiatives and working with external agencies.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
You are comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization, take ownership, set priorities effectively, and collaborate well across cultures and functions.
