We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Business Systems & Process Improvement to lead the optimization, integration, and management of our internal business systems and processes. This role will serve as the primary bridge between business leadership and IT resources, ensuring our systems (including Salesforce, Dynamics GP, ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms) are effectively aligned with organizational goals.
The Manager will oversee system operations, process improvement initiatives, change management activities, and business intelligence strategy, while leading a small team of developers focused on delivering technology solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes. Two positions — a Business Systems (Salesforce) Developer and a Business Systems Developer — will report directly to this role.

What you can offer us:
- Act as the bridge between business units and IT/admin teams — investigate and analyze root causes of process/system issues, identify context across interconnected processes, and provide clear, actionable solution requirements for technical teams.
- Support and supervise the day-to-day operational needs of other departments using business systems, ensuring the availability, accuracy, and usability of data and workflows.
- Coordinate with product, support, and business system teams to integrate cloud capabilities with internal processes seamlessly.
- Lead change management activities, including preparation of communication plans, impact analyses, and end-user adoption strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s end-to-end business processes and the IT systems that support them, including Salesforce (SF), Dynamics GP, ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and scale through process redesign or system enhancement.
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in business systems management, process improvement, or ERP/CRM administration.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, ERP solutions (i.e., Dynamics GP), and related CRM platforms.
- Proven experience with change management and driving system adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools, reporting, and data warehousing.
- Experience with backend data extract directly or with ETL tools.
- Knowledge with SQL or SOQL
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Bachelors in Business Administration
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
- Experience with subscription-based business models and related processes.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and common BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau).
